We suggest cleaning the inside and outside of the bracelet regularly with anti-bacterial soap and water, rinsing well after each cleaning to clear any soap residue from inside the bracelet where a catheter may be stored. When possible, keep disposable catheters in their protective cover or sleeve when inserting them into the bracelet.
